We would like to wish everyone a Happy Holidays this season. We know the holidays can be a bit stressful at times with all the moving parts involved. If you have family and friends flying in to the McGhee Tyson Airport let us give you a hand and pick them up for you.
Any reservation made for an incoming flight will be met by one of our drivers at the bottom of the escalator. That driver will have a sign containing the family member’s/friend’s name, flight number, and 1-N-Only Taxi at the bottom. This is where your experience starts. Our team member will then help with luggage and escort them to their taxi. Maybe you have younger travelers, this is not a problem at all. We can make sure you know when they touch down and when they are on their way.
Traveling out of town this holiday season? Let us help you out by providing you with a clean and comfortable ride to the McGhee Tyson Airport. We strive for excellence here at 1-N-Only. This means us arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your reserved pickup time. Our driver will contact you within this time frame to let you know they are at your location. This is our courtesy call, not to hurry you up in any way but just to let you know we are there.
We are currently offering many discounts for travel this holiday season. Just give us a call or send an email to find out your customized rate. We offer a $22.00 flat rate (from campus) for any University of Tennessee (Knoxville Campus) student or faculty traveling to and from the McGhee Tyson Airport. We also offer discounts for students/faculty traveling to and from the Lincoln Memorial University Campus in Harrogate, TN.
Traveling to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge this holiday season for one of the many exciting events? No problem. Just give us a call or send an email to discuss the current discounted rates to and from these areas.
Again, Happy Holidays from all of us here at 1-N-Only. We hope to hear from you soon.

“Autumn Color In The Smokies”
“The notion that peak color season in Great Smoky Mountains National Park happens in mid-October is a misconception. The marvelous colors of autumn actually light up the Smokies for seven weeks or more as the peak elevations move down the mountainsides from the highest elevations to the foothills”.
“Fall Color Report – October 30, 2015″
“Over the past week the colors in lower elevations have really come alive. There is now a mixed bag of bright yellows and reds with still some green. High elevations along with some middle elevation areas have completed their cycle and lost their leaves. Lower elevation areas like Oconuftee, Cataloochee, Greenbrier, Cosby, Elkmont, and Deep Creek are alive with color. Little River Road will probably offer the best driving experience over the next seven to ten days.
Depending on the weather, these areas should continue to have vibrant colors for the next week to two weeks. Some recommended low elevation hikes include Deep Creek to Indian Creek Loop Trail, Gabes Mountain Trail, and the Old Sugarlands Trail.

Over the last year we have had many hurdles to overcome to put us where we are now. Currently we have eight vehicles online, one Chrysler 300 and seven Dodge Grand Caravans. With our growing reputation we will continue to increase our fleet. We would like to thank all of our customers so far for helping us grow as we have. One of the fastest ways we have grown is by word of mouth from our regular and new customers. So again, thank you! We greatly appreciate this.
We know many have had quite the experience riding in a cab. We hope to do the same but for the right reasons. Many times I have heard horror stories from customers about their experiences with other cab companies at the McGhee Tyson Airport, in Knoxville, and beyond. We hope to remedy this. Customer service is our top priority and all of our drivers ensure that you will receive the best possible. No matter if you are getting off of a short flight from Atlanta or have been flying all day, the last thing you want to do is ride in a dirty cab to your hotel or home. We strive to make sure that is not the case when riding in one of our vehicles. Here at 1-N-Only we do not see helping with luggage and opening doors for our customers as “extras”. It is what should be expected from any cab/taxi/car service. No exceptions.
Hopefully you will not just take our word for it, but provide your own opinion by taking a ride with us. We look forward to continue being able to serve the great city of Knoxville and providing it with quality service.
Need a ride from the McGhee Tyson (TYS) Airport to attend an upcoming event like the Fanboy Expo (October 16-18) at the Knoxville Convention Center? What about transportation to and from Neyland Stadium to see our Tennessee Volunteers play Arkansas on October 3rd. No matter the reason we are here to accommodate you in any way we can.
We would like to thank all those at KnoxWeb for our new and much improved website. It looks great! We hope that all who visit our page like the new layout and ease of everything. As always we look forward to providing the the most professional and cleanest cabs to Knoxville and the surrounding areas.
